AI already exists. Serenum connects it to your processes.

Inside your company there is already enough information to automate half of the operation: it lives in emails, calls, PDFs and spreadsheets that nobody opens again. We connect it to your processes, with a person approving what matters.

Four ways to begin

We do not sell a model or a licence. We step into a process that already exists, we measure it, and we deliver something that works every day.

Agents that do the repetitive work

They consult your systems, apply the rules of the business and resolve the complete case. When they are in doubt, they stop and ask a person instead of making things up.

  • Human approval
  • Integration with your systems
  • A log of every decision

Documents, voice and images turned into data

What somebody types in by hand today —files, invoices, calls, photographs from the field— comes in on its own, validated and with the inconsistencies flagged.

  • Extraction and validation
  • Calls to text
  • Computer vision

Assistants over your own information

Questions in your own words about your manuals, contracts and regulations, with the answer citing where it came from. If it is not in your documents, the assistant says so.

  • Answers with sources
  • Summaries and alerts
  • Local models if the data is sensitive

Diagnosis before building

Two weeks to know what is worth automating, how much it costs to run and how we are going to measure whether it worked. If the numbers do not add up, we tell you there and then.

  • Prioritised use cases
  • Cost per operation
  • Acceptance criteria

We also do the plumbing that these four things need: dashboards and reports over the data you already have, integration with your ERP or CRM, and bespoke development when the piece that is missing does not exist on the market.

A case — financial services

Fifteen hours of data entry, fifteen minutes of review.

A credit origination team put together every file by hand: identity documents, proofs of address and the call with the client. Today the file assembles itself and an analyst reviews what the system flagged as doubtful.

How it reaches production

The same path in every project. Each step finishes with something you can see and approve, not with a presentation.

Weeks 1 and 2

Diagnosis

We choose the process, we define what counts as success and what we are not going to automate.

Week 3

Prototype with your data

A focused pilot on real cases. If it does not reach the quality, it is corrected before investing more.

Weeks 4 and 5

Construction

Integration with your systems, testing and the points where a person approves.

Week 6 onwards

Operation

Monitoring of quality and cost. We adjust with what happens in daily use.

What we build with

We choose the tool for the problem, not the other way round. When the information cannot leave your company, we use local models: they run on your servers or in your private cloud, and nothing travels to a third party.

Claude, by Anthropic

Our model of reference: we develop with it, and it is the one we call through its API to reason over long documents and to operate tools.

Local models

Open models that run inside your infrastructure, with no connection to external services. For personal data, business secrets or regulated information.

Your usual systems

ERP, CRM and databases. AI comes in where your team already works.

Measurement from day one

Quality, cost per operation and how much time it saves. Without that, nobody knows whether it was worth it.

What we are always asked

The doubts that come up in the first call, answered here so that you do not have to ask.

How long does it take?

The diagnosis takes two weeks and the first process reaches production in six. From there, every process you connect is built on top of what is already working, so the second one takes less time than the first.

Does my information train your models?

No. We work with services that do not train on their customers' data, and when the information is sensitive we process it with local models, inside your own infrastructure. It is written into the contract, not left as a promise.

Can it run on our servers?

Yes. If, because of regulation or policy, the information cannot leave your company, we install local models on your servers or in your private cloud. The cost changes and sometimes the quality as well; we tell you so in the diagnosis, not afterwards.

How much does it cost to run each month?

It depends on the volume and on the model your case needs. We estimate it from the diagnosis and we measure it in operation, so that the cost per document or per call is a number you can see, not a surprise on the invoice.

How do you charge?

Per project with a closed scope, or per iteration when the work is continuous. In both cases the price and the deliverables are agreed before we start. We do not invoice hours of exploration.

And if the system makes a mistake?

That is what the approval points are for. In the decisions that matter, the system proposes and a person from your team decides; and every decision keeps a record of what it read and why it gave that answer. When it has nothing to answer with, it says so instead of making something up.

Do you stay with us after delivery?

Yes. We monitor quality and cost, and we adjust with what happens in daily use. A system like this is not delivered and forgotten: the day a format or a business rule changes, it has to change too.

Tell us which process is costing you dearly.

We will reply within two working days with an honest opinion: if we believe AI is not the answer, we will tell you that as well.

Your name, your company and the process you would like to solve are enough to begin.
